The company lacks basic ethics. The Hr Meenakshi acts like she owns the company. And i dont know why she treats employees like students in class. Very stringent on timings. Most of the national holidays they dont provide instead they give you these 2 holidays which you may choose from the calender as per your culture and prefernece wise. so if you are not muslim so you are not getting id festival off. Being on Karnataka they do not provide holiday on 1st Nov Karnataka Rajyotsava. Now coming to work, people who are in Udaipur gets all the highlights. People who are a bit extrovert and talk well will get opportunities even though they lack the basic skills. The company is heavily relied on AI tools. So be it animation, graphic designing or any other work they will expect you to finish in 1 day or few hours which generally requires 5-6 days. And if you say it is not possible they will ask you to use AI tools. You will lose your individual talent with the amount of AI tools they force you to use. The pay is very low. Saturday is not off. Opportunity is very less. The Ceo cannot even talk to clients properly the employee had to save the day many of times. If you are looking for easy money and okay with small amount, then go because this company prefers candidates with zero skills but have low salary demand. And also the company will once or twice in festival ask the employees to come in traditional only for their own benefits like clicking pictures so that can be showed in social media. Thats it. But if you want growth opportunity then stay away. The Hr is the worst here. Sometime i feel hr is the owner not the ceo with the way she talks.
