      Pros

      The members are what make it tolerable and fulfilling. The job is easy and you're able to maintain a regular, 40-hour/week M-F schedule, which is nice.

      Cons

      As the partnership within the Denver locations has grown, the priority has become money. The culture is non-existent and almost negligent. Employees are underpaid, under-appreciated, ignored, and disrespected. No room for growth. Benefits are some of the worst I've had.

      Pros

      I loved the people, the managers made me feel cared for and appreciated. Would recommend.

      Cons

      There weren't many downsides to working there honestly. I only wish my time was longer, but I had to return to school.

      They really do care about you. Sometimes maybe even too much. They will give you chances to succeed

      Cons

      It was frustrating because the owner was cheap. I understand being fiscally responsible but the lowest price is not always the best option when it just causes down line problems.
