Location, coworkers, changes in leadership and company wide growth.

Work life balance but this is improving due to additional staffing.

There are no pros to this company.

They treat good workers poorly. They treat their friends who work for them great. The management needs to be held accountable for how they play favorites to certain people. We have been made to come back in the office 5 days a week. We were always supposed to be working 3 days on site. Now that it is 5 there are still some people who never come in - and should be based on their job - like "security". One would think you should be on site all the time for that, since we are poor in that category. But she is friends with her boss and so they don't make her ever come in. I think in my years here I have seen her in office about 5 times. Another dreadful area is that since a layoff last summer and then so many people quitting, those of us who are left have to work many hours to keep up with jobs. Management doesn't care. Upper management likes to hire "yes" people. Those who will agree with anything they say and make them feel good about themselves. About 4 years ago we had an amazing gentlemen get hired who had so many good ideas of how to move client satisfaction ahead. His boss didn't like him, as he had different ideas - so he left. Very bad place to work. I hope to be leaving soon as well.
