-Fantastic culture - lots of places talk about culture over and over, but this place embodies it from the top down. -Competitive salary and great perks. Yearly trips to Europe for summer retreats and a Christmas party at the headquarters in Brno is hard to beat. -Incredible team - no bs, no politics. Everyone from support to HR to management is fantastic. The team thrives because it has great people in the right places. -Solid product. It always makes life easier when you don't have to constantly fight clients because of shortcomings, and Ventrata is definitely industry leading in it's niche.

Onboarding for new employees can be a bit hands-off and sometimes it's intimidating as a new employee because the software has so much functionality and varying use cases.
