Phenominal staff-level employees, committed to their clients, any company would be lucky to have them.
Cons
Leadership changes have pushed many good people to leave. Previous exec management transparently communicated results and motivated employees, new CEO has barely communicated in 3 months. Many employees feel under-valued as they are pushed to jobs that do not play to their strengths. Decisions lack full thought process as ideals don't seem attainable to build a long-term business. Years of information walked out the door and new C-suite did not even care to transition information. Some non-client facing departments are hard to work with, deciding not to put the client first. Some great employees let go while others kept that were the cause of the poor results. Morale is low and sad to see after witnessing such happy employees 4 months ago.
