Pros
- Very good work/life balance, the company doesn't want employees to do extra hours. When it happens they are accounted for. - salary is ok, with inflation fix increases twice a year (in Argentina). - yearly bonus, equivalent to a month pay. It doesn't depend on any metrics, it's for everyone. - middle management is approachable. - good benefits pack, health, gym, and others.
Cons
- projects and clients not very challenging. - some of the offices are not very nice, especially Buenos Aires. - the chairs are bad. The equipment is not good. - career path almost halts at senior level, as there are few team leader opportunities. Most of the employees get into the company being sr or ssr.
