The only pro was the ability to work remote.

Pay not correct. When you reach out, no one is available to speak with you and you have worked your hours for nothing.

Frankly, none that I can think of at the moment

I got the impression that this entire enterprise was run by the seat of the pants; unreliable pay schedule that seemed to change constantly, and extremely rude , impatient payroll employees that were incapable of clear explanations. Very stressful all around.
