Hi there, Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it. As a company that's been growing quite dynamically in the last few years we're constantly facing new challenges and thus mistakes sometimes do happen as we go, unfortunately. The reinforcement of company culture and communication around change are particularly difficult in a growing team and I'm aware that I may have handled and overseen it better at times. I'm sorry for letting you down and making you feel this way. PS. It's been a while since you've posted this message - just to let you know I've taken it very seriously and was working hard to learn from it and improve. As a result, I feel that - as a team - we're now stronger and better aligned than ever and feedback was one of the things that made it possible, thanks. Lukasz
