Pros
Office culture is second to none, from the friendly atmosphere in the office to the fantastic group activities outside of work. Opportunities for everyone to progress their careers. The company is on a brilliant upward trajectory. Work/life balance is perfect, even before Covid, but the management have shown real empathy with the rest of the employees since WFH become normal. The business is very clear and transparent about company strategy, performance and challenges which leads to a very flat structure with no obvious hierarchy. I owe my career to Vast and I’ll deeply miss everyone there, but I can’t wait to see what the future holds for the business. Good luck everyone :)
Cons
Minor con (because I have to write one, apparently) is to make sure you bring back the team activities that weren’t possible during Covid. Some of them may only seem minor but they built a great camaraderie between teams that might not have interacted much before.
