Pros
Remote work where they provided the equipment. Started as a company with a great culture, very much a "startup" vibe. But with corporate money came corporate culture, so my immediate team were still good to work with but frequently changed members.
Cons
Every year a raise/bonus became harder to achieve and the benefits associated with it shrank. Currently, the only way one can increase their pay is by changing to a role higher on the management scale. Constantly changing management ensured that it was difficult to argue one's own case for advancement outside of management channels. Drastic changes are made without announcement or coordination of affected departments. I consistently saw employees given tasks where they had no access or incredibly delayed access to the tools necessary for the tasks. And the company is heavily pushing LLM-integration, despite the data showing continued inaccuracies.
