      Pros

      Great company culture and engaging work makes this job very rewarding. Vapor has positioned itself well in their boiler manufacturing niche and it seems to be doing better each year.

      Cons

      Not too much to say here as I had a great experience working here. I would say that some of the technical drawings and documents are a bit dated as well as the storage for reference.

      Needs a formal training program for new reps, otherwise excellent support.

      Thermon corporate culture is good and PTO policy is flexible

      Cons

      They have the laziest engineers known to man and a utter lack of training material for incoming engineers.. collaboration is non-existent and most people here are just introverted or weird
