Pros
Pays for all travel expenses, and the pay per inspections is good.
Cons
The training process is SEVERELY lacking. They claim they will train you, but it's done on-line and then on a tent made to look like an Undamaged house not an actual physical house. You read scenarios from a workbook. Then they send you out without any kind of trainer, field coordinator, supervisor, etc. You are on your own. Good luck! Don't screw it up or you don't get paid for those inspections! I got out to my houses and went, "Oh crap." Because inspecting a real house is not the same as inspecting a picture of a house. I understand the turnover rate is really high, but that's because they hire everybody, give them two days worth of training and then send them off. I am out here in the field right now wishing desperately that I could go home because I don't know what I'm doing and THERES NO ONE TO FRICKEN HELP ME!!!
