Great culture, friendly and professional staff, hard-working, fun atmosphere, benefits, vacation time, quarterly work events, monthly birthday parties, rewarded for hard work, good work-life balance, caring and understanding management.

Cons

Can't think of anything. There isn't anything I don't like about working at VanderHouwen. It's a place you come to stay.

Pros

Friendly staff who actually work with you to get a job, and I like how they send reminders to submit the weekly time sheet for pay. I'm also surprised by their honesty and transparency with their hiring process.

Cons

There are no cons about this place, at least not for me.

Everyone is supportive and really care about their employees and make an effort to address any issues.

Cons

No cons so far, if you do what you're hired for and communicate if anything comes up, you're in good hands.
