Friendly environment where employees support each other.

Lack of communication between upper management and employees.

I enjoyed my job as a Closing Coordinator. I started knowing nothing about the refinance process and learned everything I needed to know due to my boss Danielle and my fellow teammates. We worked well together everyday and we had each others backs. I worked in the scheduling department and loved every minute. I looked forward to coming to work.

Not too many cons. I just wish there would have been more room for moving up in management. I was reviewed once a year by the owner of the company and was rewarded well when I first started there, but it did seem to fade away with my last few months of employment.
