Privately held and struggling financially - Director of Operations Valtronic Technologies Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. I noticed your position title is one that we have not had in over 3 years, so I'm happy to share that many changes have been made since you were employed with us: -We are growing; we have created at least 5 new positions this year alone due to the growth coming -Our finances are in a very good spot right now; we expect to grow 20% year over year for the next 5 years -401k 3% matching with 100% vestment right away -Employee Assistance Program -Updated PTO -10 paid holidays (8 on calendar, 2 floating) -With new Business Leader and HR, professionalism is being taken seriously and the culture has been changing as a result -We have implemented an annual Employee Engagement Survey and utilize the feedback to implement in leadership reviews - we have already seen a significant increase in employee engagement! -We have new executive management that promotes a very transparent culture. Our business leader is very direct, and is pro-employee. I understand your experience with us at the time was not pleasant, the good news is we are not the same company we were a few years ago.
