Pros

Freedom to plan out your workday. Company truck to take home. Company phone, laptop, ipad, fuel card & expenses card.

Cons

"Work from home" is neat but no separation from work and home life. You work day and night. Day office visits. Night collection. compensated alet turnover making you actually collect the trash and do the work. Service Valet are paid so little after gas and truck maintenance costs they make (give or take) $10 an hour and they quit. They use their own truck and cell phones with no gas or cell phone stipends. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE FAKE COMPANY CULTURE

Thank you for taking time to provide a review. We value your feedback and I’m sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience working as a District Manager with Valet Living. Our District Managers have a very difficult job and while the split schedule is advantageous to some, it may not work for everyone. We also recognize that our Service Valets that use their own truck take on some personal expense (e.g. fuel) and as such, we pay a higher hourly wage ($3.00-$4.00 more per hour) to them to help offset these costs. If you would like to share any additional feedback or ideas on how we can improve, please email me at antonio.fiorentino@valetliving.com

Pros

Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

Cons

No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
