      This company clearly cares about the people that it employs and offers plenty of tools to improve your skills and grow.

      Cons

      Because of such rapid growth this may not be the right environment for everyone. If you prefer for every day to be the same I advise that you look elsewhere.

      Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
