Dear Anonymous reviewer,
Based on the comments listed in your review, it is without a doubt clear you did not work here.
It’s just a shame Glassdoor never, ever verifies a single review, and they get more press from negatives than actual real reviews.
By no means has everyone’s experience with us been amazing. That’s impossible, but when reviews do not even contain what we do or how we do it, it’s just disappointing.
I’ll address your comments.
1. We work within large retail locations. That’s where all sales are conducted. Not door to door.
2. We have been in business for 10 years, and our average person that has gone through training and actually completed it has averaged $800-1,600 per week (for someone claiming to be here less than a week, it’s strange that would give you if any indication of what is made by our staff)
Sales is like basketball. You actually have to be good and work at it to score points and make more. The appeal for people that are in sales, they do not depend on the company and traditional nepotism to get paid; they write their own check based off of results, aka more control. But again, not for everyone.
I made 0$ playing basketball because I’m not good at it. It’s really that simple.
3. As far as your suggestion for transparency in the interview process. If you read our review responses, watch a single video on our website, watch the video for our digital interview platform, read any ad we post, it is as transparent as can be without showing you a movie day in the life. The problem is most people nowadays are hitting “apply all” and not doing their homework. We encourage people to do it.
We will be a good fit for some, not for all. But again, what company on earth will be good for all? We have never claimed to be, nor will we ever say that everyone can be successful here. That is not true.
People that have won here possess the following qualities.
1. They bet on themselves. That’s what performance-based jobs are, a bet on you. Not the company.
2. They have a better-than-average attitude.
3. They have a massive desire to change their circumstances.
4. They are independent.
5. They crave career control.
