      Pros

      People who works in the leasing office.

      Cons

      Maintenance workers who don't care about tenants, lack of training nor incentives to grow in the company. No salary rise nor review after 1 year working. Commissions are not paid because of commercial rentals even though leasing agents have no influence on decision of commercial leases.

      VTT has been one of the best management companies i have worked for. We are growing daily but still have a personal connection where we are not just a number but part of a work family.
