Pros
The company is very remote-work friendly. This provides great flexibility. You may have the ability to travel for mounting shows. Always something new... routine-who? It's exciting to always be working on new shows and projects, though your organization and communication skills must be sublime.
Cons
The onboarding and training process is minimal at best. You will need to bring all of your skills with you. The fast-paced environment may only be suitable to those that are extremely organized and thrive working on numerous, tedious projects at once. Because most employees work remotely, communication is always an issue.
