      Training is good if you like to do overtime ...There is plenty to do

      Cons

      The amount of work field nurses have to do on a weekly basis and daily case overload causes immediate burnout. Excuse is always understaffing .... I think its bad management and high expectations for little pay. Overtime becomes a daily burden ....putting in over 10 hour days on various days...The OT pay is not worth it.

      none that I could share.

      too may to list...but the most relevant is the attitude of Senior Management with respect to emplyees. If you are part of the select few in their inner circle, you are set. All others are treated as low man on the totem pole without any chance of a career path.
