Pros
Interesting, intellectually challenging work, great people to work with & an exciting opportunity to help public schools. Great benefits package with 401(k) match starting soon... Its a steady job with regular hours. Work/life balance is good - almost never are people required to work more than a standard work week.
Cons
The office space is in a cool part of town, but the building is less-than-perfect, but the company is moving into a new space soon.
