The company treats you like a human as opposed to a resource as some companies do

Some people here deliberately create problems just so they can act like they’re the ones fixing them. It’s pathetic. They stir the pot behind the scenes, let things fall apart, and then jump in last minute to play the hero. It’s all fake. Nothing gets done properly because they’re more focused on clout and credit than actual teamwork or results. If you're expecting a professional, healthy environment, don't hold your breath. It's all smoke and mirrors run by people who care more about appearances than solutions.
