      Co-workers were awesome. That is all.

      Cons

      HUGE, illegally HUGE, class sizes. Owners are disinterested in their own business and rarely appear. They violate labor laws on an hourly basis, and have blatantly told us during team building meetings that we are "all replaceable"

      The hours are very flexible.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to make all your hours. Managers are constantly sending staff home so they don’t have to pay employees and can save the money for the owner. Owner is really rude and doesn’t bother to remember you even if you have been working there for 5 years. Many stars memeber are not qualified and all are underpaid. No chances for raises.
