VFS Global is an organization that help its employees to develop themselves personally and professionally. It allows you as an employee to go beyond your limits and discover a new leader in you, employees have the opportunity to prosper thanks to the transparency of promotions! If you show seriousness and skills, you will surely be evaluated ! Inclusion and diversity are one of the most important pillars at VFS, no discrimination or injustice at work, we all believe that work environment is convenient and inclusive to prosper. VFS Global is engaged in multiple activities in our community, we try to help people who need our support, we contributed to help elderlies, victims of fires in Algeria in 2021, Orphans... Employees at VFS Global have also the opportunity to learn and grow thanks to the learning activities that are provided. In 2020, during Covid, when Visa centres were locked, we had 5 training session a week on different topics, technology, self development, nutrition, health care, customer centricity... We also have free access on Percipio. Now we have access on Udemy, this excellent training platform!

In peak season, work, life balance is difficult to handle.

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.

That being said, English remains our official language for all internal communications, corporate operations, and recruitment practices, including our hiring process, which is strictly merit-based. Further, we remain committed to operating in strict alignment with US labour laws and employee schedules are structured accordingly. While the nature of international diplomatic support may require occasional extended rostering to meet critical public demands, these schedules are carefully managed and planned in advance to ensure fair shift distribution.
