Pros
Financially driven, no emotion. Good comp plan for the long-term. Great for people who already have a book of business or know people from other industries. Tickets to the Delta Center and Top Golf. 7-4pm everyday in office. No deal in 90 days = you're out.
Cons
Tons of cold calls. Benefits are terrible as well as health insurance. Lots of rejection (it's sales, that's a given). Big pool of leads that are called constantly by the same people. You'll make $5,000 per $1MM if the proposal gets signed AND the deal gets funded... and you'll never know when it will get funded. As of right now in 2025 the market is really low in the equipment finance space and the company is suffering from low amount of deals funded. If you have no deal within 90 days they will you a deadline and will let you go before that deadline without notice.
