      - C-Suite leadership are rude, demeaning, and lead with fear and intimidation - Pay is below average for the Boise market - Work life balance is poor. The expectation is to always be available on Slack and email even during vacations

      Cool modern office with inside a historic building in the heart of downtown Boise Free, unlimited kombucha, if that’s your thing Free coffee if that’s your thing On-site, Gym and personal trainer

      Unpredictable leadership Changing expectations High turnover Must be in office minimum 4 of the 6 days of the week No real corporate structure Too many fragmented tools, and Tech technologies
