Pros
- Growing company, bringing you a lot of opportunities to grow professionally. - High-tech projects. - Good work-life balance, despite the company is having a big workload you do not feel all the pressure. - Multicultural environment. - Management tries to align your personal interest with the job's assignments. - Possibility to make trainings in/out of the company.
Cons
- Due to the fast-growing, I had the feeling the amount of juniors vs seniors is unbalanced (at least in the Mechanical department). - Big bureaucracy, a lot of repetitive tasks which could be automated, reducing errors, improving productivity and living time to engineers to make real productive work and reducing burnout. - The way of working is not clear, depends a lot on who you ask. When a change occurs in the way of working it is not efficiently transmitted to the whole department, creating errors.
