-Decent benefits if you go to any VCU clinic/pharmacy/doctor -Depending on position, you either only work every other weekend or one weekend every 3-4 weeks
Cons
-People at lower technician grade making +20% more than those who have been here for 6+ years -Only 3% merit increase in pay once a year, 4% if you are blessed enough -Only ever had one cost of living adjustment to pay in the past decade and was only 5% increase
