Pros
Cannot think of any except that the product they are selling is good but with S4 things can change. They were giving reasonably good money around 220k for dir level.
Cons
I did not join these guys since they practically have no ethics and do open discrimanation. SVP and founders saying openly that they give pref to white skin for certain roles irrespective of qualifications is kind of ridiculous. They hire when they have a project and fire when the project is done. No bench time
