Utilitra Response
3yWe appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It provides us with a valuable opportunity to review and improve our practices continuously. We're sorry to hear that your experience at Utilitra did not align with our commitment to creating a positive and supportive work environment.
Your concerns about our management are noted. Our family-owned roots are a source of pride, but we also understand the importance of merit-based promotions and fairness in the workplace. We have seen a number of internal employees be promoted to new positions, including management roles.
Regarding your comments about compensation and workload, we aim to offer competitive salaries and a balanced workload. We continuously benchmark our salaries and benefits against other companies in our industry. Your feedback encourages us to revisit these benchmarks and ensure we are meeting industry standards.
We've recently received the 2022 'Best Places to Work' title from the St. Louis Business Journal as well as the ‘Top Workplaces’ by the St. Louis Post Dispatch. Both honors are based upon our own employee reviews. This indicates that many employees feel positive about their experience at Utilitra, and we're determined to ensure that all team members share this sentiment. However, we acknowledge that we have areas to work on and are committed to continually improving. Our Values at Utilitra have been set with the intention of treating everyone with respect, trust, and sincere appreciation. We are sorry that your experience did not reflect that.
It's our mission to foster transparency and trust within our team, and if we've fallen short, we want to be able to take the necessary steps to improve and prevent potential issues in the future.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We value all feedback and will utilize your comments to strive for continuous improvement. If you would like to discuss these matters further, please don't hesitate to reach out to our HR team.
