      Pros

      Working for USUO has been a great experience. We are surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do and who care about the community. I really enjoy my co-workers and have learned a lot from them. You also get to see a lot of concerts and operas for free. Our new CEO is excellent and is excited to connect with the community.

      Cons

      As with any non-profit, money does tend to be tight, so staff salaries are on the lower end. Communication between departments can also be difficult.

      They were patient and willing to show me the ropes, everyone was friendly!

      Could be stressful but that’s just the nature of live performance nothing crazy!
