      Pros

      The job is wonderful, I love what I do, I love the people I work with. There seems to be some flexibility for employees, but you really have to fight for it.

      Cons

      There is an exhausting and stunning amount of red tape that wastes everyone's time and money and limits what we can do. Attitudes and policies feel like they haven't changed since 1970.

      I loved working for UCHD. They offer great benefits, fair wages, paid holidays, and everyone I worked with was wonderful and supportive of one another.

      I honestly have no complaints from my time working for UCHD.

      -Few opportunities for vertical advancement within the UCHD EHS career structure
