If you have an offer from UrbanBuz Dubai (which is the only UrbanBuz I know about and I don't know where the hell did this Berlin thing come from) and you have another job keep your current job even if they pay you 10k more, if you are jobless also I advise you to stay jobless, you can thank me later. This is not a place where you would like to end up. The management can fire you after 1 mistake regardless of all the hard work and dedication you have shown, they also might change their mind and feel that they really don't need your role and fire you. You can't trust them and they give false promises. They even have change the "about" section in glassdoor to make it look like a company in Berlin rather than going and checking why their staff tend to leave in within less than 1 year. They didn't even bother to check what is wrong, rather thay are trying to hide their failure. Be aware they can ruin your life. I have witnessed them ruining the life of 4-5 hard working people. Their mood swings control, as sometimes they would be yelling and shouting at you in front of everybody then they will simply tell you teh second day or week, oh sorry I was in a bad mood, it was not your mistake, This company is based in Dubai Tecom
