-They help you prepare for the licensing exam -They have courses on you how they want you to do the job -Commission is higher with Real Estate License -Management is understanding and willing to help
Cons
-Strictly Commission Based -No Benefits -You have to pay to get the job ($300), they only refund this if you meet a certain sales quota within a certain amount of time -Some agents are selfish and will refuse to help a newcomer -Licensed Agents receive a cut of your percentage if you close a deal -Commission is garbage
