      Pros

      I met and worked with some good people.

      Cons

      The owner is a lawyer, so you can't trust anything he says. There is a revolving door of employees coming and going. The owner will constantly moan about the lack of money the company has. The whole place is very negative. The office space is stuck in the 1970s, drab and uninspiring. The owner, he's just not a very nice person.

      Pros

      Great staff, highly recommend. What stood out most was the camaraderie. Management really and truly cares about their employees. Competitive pay and thorough training/support.

      I couldn’t find a good work/life balance for myself.

      The workload is very easy

      Cons

      The management does not care at all about your personal safety while climbing. There are no safety standards in place. This company breaks all OSHA compliances regarding climbing and set safety standards in the tower industry, management simply only cares about their network not your safety in any way shape or form.
