Human Resources does not care about you or the harassment you may experience, most of the administration knows there is a problem with cliques and bullying and they don't care, the nurses are very catty. The employees are more concerned with chatting with each other than they are with patient care, the hospital has horrible scores regarding quality of care and this is why, my first concern is my patients and always my patients, some employees think social hour in the break room is more important which is ridiculous
