      I really don't have anything positive to say

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of work-life balance, and a hostile culture. The workplace culture is very stressful, with frequent micromanagement and unclear expectations from leadership. These issues made it feel very toxic. I would recommend that potential employees consider this before applying.

      Free weed...sometimes. If they manage to be organized enough to get QC out.

      Cons

      Incredibly incompetant management. Lack of transparancy for any and all management decisions, likely because the decisions are irrational and frequently counter productive. Theyre cheap in ways that harm only their own buisness.
