The management is so centric towards growing from 500-5000 employees that they are willing to heir and make people sit rather than making a sustainable business model.
Worst incentive structure ever. And honestly your rewards pointer structure is terrible. Points get deducted for every escalation however no points are rewarded if a client actually gives an appreciation email.
Always centric towards getting testimonials and rewarding points on the basis of that.
Think points will make people work harder.
Do not give opportunities for people to learn our of their KRA. So suppose if you are a SEM executive you will only work on the campaigns in a structure made and designed by them.
None of their SEO or SEM executive knows how to use Google Analytics.
