The main issue is not inside the company, but how employees are treated when placed on client projects.
There is a clear pattern where employees are assigned to environments that are already known to be problematic, with poor management, unclear processes, and high pressure. This is not a one-off situation. Multiple people have raised the same concerns.
Despite this, there is no real protection from the company side.
If a client is unhappy, there is no real investigation, no attempt to understand what actually happened, and no discussion with the employee. Decisions are taken very quickly and usually based only on the client’s perspective.
There is also no real escalation or pushback to the client, even when the environment is clearly dysfunctional. This creates a situation where employees feel exposed and disposable.
Communication is mostly superficial. Regular check-ins exist, but they do not lead to any real action. Feedback is heard but not acted upon.
In practice, this creates a body-leasing model where employees are treated as replaceable resources rather than professionals.
There is also a noticeable pattern of turnover in specific client accounts, which should be a strong signal that something is wrong, yet nothing changes.
