Pros

Increment Cycle is good. Workplace design is good. Feels connected with everyone. Each to make connections. Easy to reach upto VP

Cons

Previously, company was really good, comfortable and have a flow for learning. You start as a learner, then move to become shadow and then handle project. But now, nothing is followed. Company can instantly change your project or tech stack based on their requirement. You might be 1.5 YOE person but will be displayed to client as Senior or as 5+ YOE person. You just know AI, nothing else. No technology specific knowledge. You can learn coding, but nobody followed a proper achitecture, no proper performance tools usage, no accessibility, no maintenance, no proper plan. Just writing code. At one point, growth will stop and as soon as, you lost project, there is a high change that you will lose the Job.
