If you have any respect or appreciation for yourself and your profession, do not work here. The high employee turnover rate here is reflective of the hostile work conditions in the office. The head of the firm, after experiencing frequent job resignations, has come up with an unethical way of pursuing employees - he will agree to pay you at a ridiculously low rate as a trial period, promising to give you a reasonable raise after the trial period is over. However, most employees will quit long before the trial period is over, allowing the principal to profit from underpaid employees constantly. For those that stayed past the trial period and received the "reasonable raise" are still greatly underpaid...especially for working long and arduous hours under an unreasonably tyrannical boss.
