Your work is always appreciated and rewared. Since its a startup, you have full freedom to choose the work you interested on and enjoy it. Transparency across the company and its business from Co-Founder words and near to Zero guys Head of Engineering is a awesome guy and helps you in every case. Not so good work culture They advertised themselves employees can enjoy flexible timings but you are expected to be in company early and they are serious about it. Managers will give you irritation in most of the cases. Top management will not trust you and they praise you only in words. They are not laying trust on employees. Top management judge you by the level of work done only, only and only They always spread de-motivation and level of some fear among the employees. They do not understand you work so hard but expect you more and more to work for company and never cared for your personal life unlike they say in most of the meeting that all should care about personal life. They irk you on silly things then and then Pls note the most of the above points are common in average company and its in your hands to judge on. I wrote this from the point of view that this company has large potential to become a excellent start-up but they are the only barricade to become for it.
