entry level - no college degree required proficient training model fantastic compensation

Cons

working 2-3 saturdays a month. long hours on fridays. work culture is different from each team. some are great some aren't.

Barely any people come in Company structure is weak Managers are clueless about most procedures Culture doesn’t match what they talk you in training
