Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value all input as it helps us improve. We hear your concerns about supervision experience and turnover, and we take them seriously. We are continuously investing in our supervisory team through training and mentorship programs to ensure they have the support and resources needed to excel in their roles. Historically, Univest has had lower than average turnover compared to our peers and the Department of Labors Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reports. We understand that there is always room for improvement, and we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for all our team members. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further. Please feel free to reach out to the HR team to arrange a conversation. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

Culture, great coworkers, training opportunities for advancement and general leadership knowledge and programs like Excel and Copilot

Cons

Pay isn't as strong as other banks in the area, but the relationship driven focus with customers makes it less stress than a more sales driven bank. Benefits are pricey and don't cover some medications my doctor wanted me on that I couldn't afford out of pocket.
