Pros
The place used to be good. We maybe had very limited resources, we maybe lacked in experience, we maybe got underpaid af. But we had creativity, room to try, place to develop ourselves, stairs to climb. Most importantly the people here usually got each others back. So we made it through.
Cons
However, things just all go south last year. People left one after another, countless efforts were in vain, all hope just faded away. The management was doing a fair work, not too good but also not bad. And suddenly the Boss send his relatives to the top positions. Like its some kind angels descended from heaven, expect the thing he sent is a bunch of uncles and aunties who just know about power struggle and pointing fingers. The new management crippled the existing management alongside the existing system. They soon took over the rod of power. Then they showed us how things will be like when nepotism is at its finest: mayhem. They let the unskilled to be in charged with the tech. They let the with no intelligence to be in charge of business planning. They let even those who cant even speak English to promote business to international customers! They rather spend 25m on a plate on a car than raising the employee's poor salary. The promised quarter only delivered once, and yearly bonuses got cut to the ground even the company earned much more than last year. The tech team leaders are gone, only 1 is still there. And only 1 digital product call still be able to be further developed, while the others can barely be maintained. Most of the talented and ordinary folks are gone, or at least going. The place will be a pure mix of opportunitist playground and snake pit soon. I have wasted 2 years and countless efforts. I don't want you to do the same. No matter you are considering joining or current employee, just leave for your own good sake, cuz you are going to be replaced by the relatives anyway. As for those who left and leaving, remember you should never watch back when sodom and gomorrah are burning.
