I’ve been working remotely for a while and the most frustrating thing was trying to have a call in person to better understand the tasks. All the people that are in charge struggle to get in touch, they prefer to write 2000 messages but no talking please. There’s a real struggle also with English in general, I mean you would assume that if they hire foreign people it means that you can communicate with them….it ain’t so. Dailies was introduced quite late but it’s not like the other facilities, it’s more like they assign you tasks and comment on your work. The way of work is confusing, disruptive and a waste of time most of the time, there’s no direction, just an improvisation of things.I’m still wondering how they manage to deliver stuff tbh. It’s complicated who does what, there is no really a way to understand that , probably because they don’t know the meaning as well.
