      Pros

      Office vibes are very casual and the work dress code is not very strict. People go there wearing a tshirt (this might sometimes be a con)

      Cons

      Only 12 General Leaves per year (no SL and VLs) Little to no allowance Office is along C5 very far no transportation allowance Some employees are highkey sexist and they make rude and downright inappropriate remarks to coworkers especially those that are LGBT Management is biased towards the sales team as if they are the only ones generating value for the company

      Co-workers are friendly and would assist you with your tasks

      Cons

      Upper and middle management is not fair. Our manager gave us a performance review with no real knowledge of what we were doing and no existing KPI or BSC for the role. - Salary is not reasonable

      Lacks empathy and proper coaching/support for its engineers. Many skilled and experienced engineers tend to resign early due to these concerns.
