      UTL was a company to start our career. We can study several things if we are interested in networking. Anyway they are paying very low but we will get a little exposure in technical side. If we are passionate in N/W we can find ourself how these are implmented. People looking just a job will get bored.

      Cons

      Only 6 months to 1 year exp is enough for a person thier. Very low pay

      Good working Environment. Colleagues are friendly. If we are facing any problem or difficulty regarding work they will help you and guide you.

      Salary will get late. No hike and less increment.
