There is no base salary and it is a 100% commission based position. Our consultants are independent contractors and therefore in charge of their own time and schedule. There are no mandatory hours. All meetings and trainings are 100% optional. Since Consultants are independent they are responsible for their own health insurance benefits. Our senior consultants help train and mentor new consultants in the business based on their prior experience and results. We have Zero tolerance for any Sexist remarks and inappropriate comments. We do have strategies that save clients on average 15%-20% of their health insurance premiums and the back end support and account management team that makes sure that they get the service and support that they deserve and that is why clients move forward with our firm.
